Abstract
In this paper, our main purpose is studying the nonexistence of radial positive solutions for theboundary-value problem:{−4pu=λf(u(x)), x∈Ω;u(x) = 0,x∈∂Ω.wherep >1,λ >0,Ωis an annulus inRN(N >2)i.e.Ω={x∈RN|R <|x|<ˆR}(0< R <ˆR),fis a continuous nonlinear function and satisfiesf(0)<0(the nonpositone case),falso has morethan one zero.
