Different ethnic groups, based on their various requirements, customs, the type of culture and civilization, have developed various agricultural products as their food. The study of food, especially from a historical and cultural perspective, is a way of redefining the various forms of popular culture throughout history and its impact on the present culture. This article addresses the issue of how and during the reign of Khodadad, what has changed in the food of the people of the region of Deccan?
